“Most don’t know the true value of what they are worth,” says Jorge Pelayo. He was selling things in a flea market at six years old. Today, he has retired his parents, runs a national million-dollar business and brings home a mid-six figure income…all at just 28 years old.
Being raised in the family business and working as a server in a restaurant, Jorge had bigger dreams. He ventured off into real estate but quickly found that he was on an island with no one helping or mentor him.
We did a Blab live stream video w/Jorge last Friday on going from a W2 employee to beginning a journey as an entrepreneur as a 1099 freelancer or independent contractor. As you watch the video, he overcomes myths and mindsets such as:
- Common myths of working for yourself
- Need for security of a job
- How much control you really have as an employee
- Working with someone that currently runs a business
- Dealing with sales and rejection
…and of course, “are you getting pimp’d”?
Hear from Jorge Pelayo, Chairman’s Council of PHP Agency, Inc, LIVE in-person as he stops in Oak Brook, IL during the national, 20-city #Vote1099 Entrepreneur Tour, June 25th, 2016 @ 10am-Noon.
